4. A high season surcharge of us$ 35++ per villa per night is applicable for the period of july 15 - september 15 and december 20 - january 5
5. All rates are subject to an additional 21% service charge and government tax
6. Children under the age of twelve (12) years sharing a room with their parents will be free of charge on room only, child breakfast is at US$ 10 ++
